The Challenge
You Wealth Revolution is one of the longest-running wellness telesummits in the digital media space — 31 seasons, 15 years, and a relentless production cadence that brings 2–4 new speakers to market every single week. Each speaker arrives with a product or service to sell, raw copy that ranges from polished to nearly unusable, and a deadline. The challenge: turn it all into clean, converting sales pages — at volume, without dropping the ball on quality or consistency.
The Approach
Progressed from copyeditor to assistant producer to full producer over two years, taking on increasing responsibility for both content quality and operational coordination
Serve as the primary copywriter and copy editor for speaker sales pages and buyer pages each season — refining, restructuring, and in many cases fully rewriting raw speaker-submitted text into direct response copy that sells
Specialize in translating dense, jargon-heavy wellness and spirituality content into accessible, compelling, conversion-focused language — making complex or esoteric offers readable and desirable to a broad audience
Write and manage six marketing emails per week to the YWR audience, maintaining brand voice across a high-volume send schedule
In the producer role, manage the full speaker intake process: outreach, copy collection, offer structure consultation, pricing discussions, and deadline management across a roster of 2–4 speakers per week — a coordination-heavy role requiring equal parts editorial judgment and people management
Collaborate closely with the web team to ensure copy is implemented accurately and on schedule each week
The Impact

Became the connective tissue between speakers, the web team, and the editorial process — the person the production depends on to keep each week on track
